The theme for this tour is “culinary”. The guests will be getting a booklet full of clues ( including Maltese terminology for the food) leading the clients to various parts of Gozo – this will encourage the participants to interact with the locals. At each place of interest, the clients will collect ingredients, which will basically create their full lunch. The clients will have a fixed time to collect ingredients and get to the selected restaurant. Once the ingredients have been collected, the clients will hand them
over to the restaurant chef who will prepare their lunch.
The clients will go to different locations where the ingredients should be found.
